You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Unless otherwise noted, the processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Please add that time to the estimated USPS delivery:
First Class Mail: 3-5 business days (Lightweight packages up to 15oz only)
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
Express Mail 1-2 days.
Please note First class mail & Priority mail have NO guarantee delivery dates. Therefore, postage is not refunded if any delays occur. Priority Mail Express, however, has a guaranteed delivery of 1-2 days (Priority Express is delivered 365 days/year). A refund of postage is possible due to missing deadlines.
Important: For Express mail processing times still applies. However, we try to do everything possible to ship Express mail right away.
We strive to do everything possible to ship all your order at the same day when possible even if we allow ourselves 1-2 business day for processing, in case of a high load of the orders or any unforeseen circumstances. Please be mindful and know that the cut off time is 1 pm daily (except Sat & Sun, and federal holidays). Orders after 1 pm are dropped off the next morning. We suggest you plan shopping early if you need anything urgently as Express mail gets to be quite expensive and is rarely used by our customers.
We can't ship orders during federal holidays and any other circumstances when USPS is closed. There're times when PO is closed or works with delays due to snow storms or any other natural causes. We'll post the information on the main page.

Special note about expiration date.
We strive to provide the best shopping experience and never ship out expired products intentionally. However, if you received an expired product due to our error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will exchange the product or post a refund promptly. (Please note that an evidence, such as a photo of the exp. date, may be requested as a proof.)
Besides, please be advised that some imported products may have different standards of labeling expiration dates. For instance, European products may have a production date printed on the package with a special note about shelf life or may have the date printed in dd/mm/yyyy format.
